Safety is a broad concept for us: it's not just about physical safety on the work floor, but also about safety culture, the wellbeing of our employees, and the protection of data and personal information. Below, we elaborate further on these aspects.
VCA*-certified
Keijsers Interiors meets all safety requirements and is accordingly VCA*-certified. This reflects the structured way we manage safety, health, and environmental care across all work carried out by our own staff.
An independent certification body audits our safety management system on a regular basis, ensuring we continue to meet the relevant legal and industry requirements for safety, health, and the environment.
Safety Culture Ladder (SCL)
We work in line with the Safety Culture Ladder, a recognized standard that measures not the rules on paper, but the actual safety behavior and safety culture within an organization.
Keijsers is deliberately taking the step toward SCL Light, with the ambition of reaching level 3. This level reflects that safety isn't just an obligation for us, but something embedded in the way we work together, both internally and with our partners.
Wellbeing
The physical and mental wellbeing of our employees is the foundation of a successful company.
That's why we run an active prevention policy and give our people a safe, approachable way to raise concerns or report issues.
Security
